I was born in Oregon City, Oregon and grew up in north central South Dakota on a farm. I did not attend college. My husband, Burt, and I have been members of Verde since 1997. We have been married 55 years and have 2 children and 6 grandchildren, 1 grand son-in-law and 1 great granddaughter.
What is your favorite book?
I don’t have a favorite book or author. However, my goal this year is reading the King James study Bible from cover to cover.
What is your favorite food?
Hmm my favorite food that is a tough one. Pizza, German food, ice cream, nuts etc. absolutely NO mushrooms.
What is something most people wouldn’t know about you?
Something some people may not know about me is that I spent my first 12 years of life on a farm without plumbing and very little heat.
What is the most exciting thing for you to see God do in the lives of people?
I love talking to people and hear their story of how God worked in their lives and got them to where they are today.
